These terms and conditions (“Terms”)  govern the use of Khscart, Khscart.com and the purchase of any goods or services through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the website.

Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Seller.

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to change.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI,

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates; the Seller is not liable for delays.

  • Risk of loss/damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

1. Delivery against 100% payment only.

2. 1 year warranty covers manufacturing defects only for the device

controller.

3. Items such as electrical contractors, wiring harnesses, power supply

transformers, and voltage sensors are not eligible for warranty coverage

but can be obtained as spare parts.

4. Any damage resulting from device burning nullifies warranty claims.

5. Unopened items may be returned within seven working days from the date of receipt.


Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, graphics, etc.) is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use website content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of goods or services.

  • The Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services.
