At Krishi Hrudya Pvt. Ltd, we believe in delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If received in a defective or damaged condition, products are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or the correct product. Please initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of Mind: We accept returns for a change of mind within 15 days of delivery for eligible products. The returned product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact. Products classified as non-returnable (see ‘Restrictions’ section) are not eligible.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe (7 days for damaged/incorrect items, 15 days for change of mind) to initiate a return request. You can do so by [provide methods: e.g., email, phone, or online return form].
- Return the Product: Our team will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind may be the customer’s responsibility.

Restrictions
The following products may not be eligible for returns or refunds:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items sold during special sales or promotions (if explicitly stated)
Partial Refunds
- Items returned in an unsaleable condition may only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable. In cases of damage, incorrect products, or warranty-related returns, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel orders before they are shipped. Please contact customer support immediately to request a cancellation. If the order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
